Servings: 8

8 ripe bananas
Toppings of your choice or as listed below:
1 cup of nut butter( I used all natural peanut butter but you can easily sub this for sunflower butter or another nut butter)

1 cup of berries of your choice
8 tsp hemp or chia seeds or any other seeds(divided)
0.5 cup unsweetened coconut flakes( divided)
Instructions:
Peel bananas and use a knife to carefully cut a slit down the center to create an opening without completely slicing through.
Top with nut butter of choice, then layer with yogurt, granola, berries, seeds and coconut flakes.
Ready to serve and enjoy. Best if served fresh but can be covered and stored in refrigerator for up to 24 hours. You can also slice freeze and use for smoothies for up to 1 month.
